GALLAGHER CENTER FOOD COURT REMODELED
The Gallagher Center Food Court has been remodeled just in time for the 2008-2009 school year. The completely new facility houses several new platforms and food options and is now able to accommodate almost every possible taste craving.

Food options for the newly renovated state of the art dining area include these platforms:

• MidTown Deli: featuring made to order specialty wraps and premier salads, specialty breads, and traditional favorites.
• The Gally: a convenience store featuring grab and go options – soups, salads, desserts, candy, organic snacks, cereals, beverages and even frozen organic entrees. Beverages include: Green Mountain Coffee, Pepsi products, flavored water and juices.
• Western New York Classics: provides favorite off-campus tastes right at home with offerings such as Beef on Weck, La Nova wings and pizza, roast turkey, pulled BBQ pork, polish sausage, macaroni and cheese, and more.
• Grill 468: features traditional grill favorites, Philly Steak and cheese and offers a fish fry special on Fridays.
• Freshens: offers favorite low fat frozen yogurt and smoothies

Students, faculty, and staff can enjoy faster service at the new food court. Each vendor will have their own register for fast and easy check-out. The facility offers a clean lines and a contemporary look. Menus are displayed on new state of the art LCD screens.

In celebration of the opening of the new facility there were several sampling events open to all students, faculty and staff to come and try some of the new menu items. The new facility held its Grand Opening on September 08, 2008. In attendance and offering remarks were Mr. William J. Baker, General Manager Sodexo Campus Services at Niagara University, Mr. Thomas Rosier, District Manager for Sodexo, Mr. Michael S. Jaszka, Niagara University’s Vice President for Administration – Business Affairs and the President of Niagara University Reverend Joseph L. Levesque, CM. The new facility was dressed to the nines with balloons of the school colors of purple and white, beautiful bouquets of flowers, and a three piece band to entertain customers throughout the afternoon.

The Gallagher Center Food Court’s regular hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, Saturday from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. The Gally Market is open on Sunday’s from 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm.
